Draft at Malt in Fossa, Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours classic pils gold with good very fine white foam. Aroma is intense of cereal and floral. Body is thin with average carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter with some initial sweetness. Finish is average.

Schnitzlbaumer Bernhardus Bock, Fläschchen aus dem Fastenzeit-Bierpaket vom Biershop Bayern. - Dunkles Mahagoni, klar; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase gedämpftes, sattes dunkles Malz, dezente Bitterschokolade, milde süße Banane. - Antrunk satt dunkelmalzig mit runden Röstaromen, Milchschokolade, Rosinen, Nuß und Geleebanane, eingebettet in angenehm karamellige Süße. Mild rezent, vollmundig schwer, malzweich. Im Abgang ein wenig dünn und flau mit arg knapper Herbe. - Schön dunkelmalziger aber zu knapp gehopfter Bock.

Aroma is intense butter and topfen some raisins. Taste is sour lacto. Some shy juicy sweet fruit. Quite drinkable. Interesting.
