On tap at the brewpub. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of fresh mild grainy malt, straw, grains. Taste of mild grainy bitter malt, straw, pale malt, medium to long bitter finish. Good!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a loose medium-sized foamy white head. Strawy and slightly yeasty malty nose with grainy notes, white bread and mildly spicy hops in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt character with grainy spots and herbal-spicy hops in the background, leading into a medium-dry, slightly hop bitter finish with grainy notes in the aftertaste. 01.VII.18

500ml Bottle - Golden but not that hazy. Grain, lemon and faint hints of spicy banana in the aroma. Moderate notes of banana and lemon can be detected in the grainy and slightly buttery taste.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very hazy dark gold with very high, persistent and fluffy white foam, fine. Aroma is nicely herbaceous and sweet fruity (ripe fruits like apricot). Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter with less sweetness than the average pils. Finish is average.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy dark blonde with grossly grained white foam, medium-high. Aroma is nowhere like a weisse, being mostly of wood and generally of forest. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with some bitterness. Strange feeling of coffee. Finish is average.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized frothy head. Strawy malty aroma with traces of grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Doughy and strawy malty base with cautious grassy hoppy notes, which are getting slightly stronger towards the sweet and shy bitter finish. Boring. 17.XII.17
