Description
Stopped brewing in autmn 2023, beers brewed by owner Einbecker since then.
The current brewing factory in Peine has been associated with the name Härke since 1890. At that time Ernst Härke bought the former Rauls'sche brewery and gave it its name in 1907. The headquarters are located in a listed building right in the heart of Peine. Thanks to ongoing investments, the brewing site houses a state-of-the-art brewery. As always, it draws the water for production from its own deep well.

Clear gold; slim white head. Grains; very even nose, just some dry grain. Disgusting flavour of ureum, and sweet mixed with stale white bread. Light, empty mouthfeel. Very subdued, superfluous pils.
