Bottle, online from Beer Sniffers. Pours almost clear chestnut brown with a frothy off-white cap. Aroma: cereal malts, bread, caramel. Taste: light to moderate sweet, bready malts, caramel, toffee hints. Medium body with foamy carbonation.

Hefe ist hier Programm, sehr hefig im Trunk, cremig, vielleicht leicht Banane, auch Zitrus, recht süffig, spritzig, Durstweizen.

Frothy off white head stayed on a cloudy caramel coloured body. Spiced fruit & bready aroma. Medium bodied, smooth over the tongue with a lighter clean back. Malt, toffee, spiced fruit & tangy hoppy tastes. Easy drinker.

Aged 2013 bottle, danke Hard Rock Stefan! Dark amber hue, no head. Vanilla, papery notes, fruity dry copper, acid, light chewy, balsamico, pepper berry finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with restrained crispy wheat, very slight dough and yeast, a hint of lemony tang, some straw. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, a bit of banana, wheat, pale bread. Very drinkable, enjoyable hefe.

500ml bottle (5.1%) on 6th November 2021; The Beer Emporium and Cider House, Kidderminster. Light golden body, crisp, clean and clear, on top a white foaming head. Mild grainy nose with a citrus trace, taste similar in make up. Fine, it's an easy drinking Lager all round.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours lightly unclear deep golden-brown with a modest, frothy off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with rich bready malts, nips of dough, brown sugar, hints of toffee. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes if lightly toasted biscuits, more bread, brown sugar and toffee accents, minimal bitterness. Really tasty.
