Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Malty yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, some banana notes, but also light sourish background. Notes of buttercookies. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

Leider war mein Bier, das ich im Restaurant gezapft bekam, sauer. Der Kellner ging auf meine Anmerkung diesbezüglich nicht ein - er war zu sehr beschäftigt, meine BEgleitung anzubraten... Das Bier soll wohl gute fruchtige Aromen nach Stachelbeere und Banane haben, was ich dem Braumeister auch glaube, und was man im Nachgeschmack auch merkt. Ich glaube, dass man hier ein gutes Bier bekommen konnte - schade drum.

Eingetrübte, goldene Farbe mit langlebiger Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, getreidiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich eine gute Kombination aus getreidigen und hopfigen Aromen mit einer deutlich wahrnehmbaren Fruchtigkeit. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure. Süffiges, einfaches und doch schmackhaftes Bier aus Gablitz.
