0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. black color, almost no head. smells vinous, light vinegar, nutty, marzipan, wood. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes vinous, vinegar, nutty, marzipan, wood, hints of ash. finishes lightly to medium sour with notes of vinegar, nuts and some wood. quite good one, bit on the vinegarish side, but overall enjoyable if not overly complex though.

Draught at CBF Wien.
Dark brown-copper body, with almost no head.
Aroma of barrel, red wine, leather, overripe fruits, some vinegar.
Taste follows this, with even more leathery and vinous notes and some dried fruits.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sour, dry, wooden, vinous, leathery, dark fruity.
Nice one. This is all about the barrel aging, tastes heavily of wine barrel, the Stout isn’t noticeable anymore. Maybe a bit too much barrel, I would prefer more diversity. Still really characterful, interesting stuff.

Aroma of grains, flowers, grass, herbs, bread, some citrus, some honey.
Tastes of hay, bread, flowers, herbs, citrus, some honey.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, a bit sweet, floral, bready, grainy, a bit citric.
Good. The nose is a bit boring, but the taste is better, clean, with the typical, rustic Pils notes. Overall not that special, while still well drinkable stuff.

BB 26.02.2017. orange lightly hazy color, small white head. smells a bit of cardboard, some ripe fruits, tobacco, hints of sweetness, lightly milky. average smell. light to medium body, medium carbonation, rather light mouthfeel. tastes of tobacco, spices, peppery, very light cardboard, some grains. finishes rather dry and lightly bitter with notes of grains, spices and some tobacco. ok beer, but also not overly exciting.

Seit einigen Jahren produziert die Gablitzer Kleinstbrauerei verschiedene Biere. Im Sommer 2016 habe ich das erste Mal dieses Bier bei einem Wiener Supermarkt gefunden. Das Helle hat mir ganz gut geschmeckt, aber dieses hat mich eher enttäuscht. Nach einem vielversprechenden Eingang geht es schnell in ein säuerliches Gebräu über.

Golden-amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.

Tastes of bread, honey, flowers, grains, herbs, some grass.
Medium to light, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, a bit dry, herbal, floral, grainy, a bit bready, subtly sweet.
Nice one. Clean and quaffable, the nose is a bit light, but the taste is quite full, with nice floral and honey like notes. Overall nothing special, a typical Zwickl, but well drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium white head. Malty, sweet, but also light fruity aroma. Aroma is light grassy with some fruits, malty and grainy. Light body with medium carbonation. Refreshing beer.

At Fassldippler, not sure tap or bottle. Pours dark brown with small beige head. Roasted, wood, some chocolate notes. Couldn’t pick up whisky. Sweetish. Too light for my taste.
