Sweetish fruity beginning. The apricots are there, not too sweetish with a nice fruity touch. Easy to drink, fruity with a slightly grainy and sweetish aftertaste. Nice sessionable.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy pale yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of apricot, sweet grainy malt. Taste of mid sweet grainy pale malt and some apricot.

bottle from Spar Krems, methinks. Hazy orange golden, tall white head, apricot nose. Very beers, not as sweet as expected, quite pleasant apricot flavours. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, quite moreish and thus much better than expected.

Ein überraschend gefälliges Bier. Ich bin grundsätlich kein Quittenfreund, aber hier schafft es der umtriebige Braumeister ein gut ausgewogenes Getränk mit einer Harmonie zwischen saurer Apfeligkeit, Hopfen und Malz. Es wirkt sehr erfrischend, schmeckt aber aufgrund seiner Würzigkeit auch in der kalten Jahreszeit.

Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Fruchtiger, etwas süßlicher, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich fruchtig nach Quitte, leicht malzig, leicht hopfig, leicht würzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Tastes of quince, citric, grassy, peppery, earthy. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of quince, grassy and earthy notes. Decent, but not totally convinced by the balance

RB backlog. Grainy, light corn syrup, light herbs, light veg. Medium to heavy sweetness dries up with some medium bitterness to show - but it doesn't really stop until it feels a little empty.

0.33 l bottle bought at Ruthsteiner Hostel in Vienna. They have a deal of some kind with Erzbräu brewery. Drank from the bottle on a train to Prague to visit a mentor and a friend, Marko. Murky with visible sediment. Aroma is fake apricot juice. Flavour is fake apricot, grainy, sugary, slightly metallic with alcohol presence. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, light trashy fake sweet finish. Fake sweet taste.
