Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grainy, mild fruity, caramelly and floral. Pours clear amber color with medium creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and toasted malt, following is slightly medicinal, grassy, bready and dusty, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is light bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Not bad, just boring...

Bottle, many thanks Geiserich! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is elderflower, dough, fresh yeast, very tasty, but a bit herbal-moldycellary. Taste is dough, elderflower, herbal. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good, though a bit sweet.

Bottle, tasting at Zil Verne. Golden color with head. Fruity, grainy malty aroma. Taste, grain, malt, followed by light hoppy bitterness. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Refreshing beer.

Golden to amber, hazy body, wirh a medium, fluffy, lacing, a bit yellowish head.
Aroma of dominant, sweet, perfumy elderflower, subtle bready and floral notes.
Taste is also with a lot of elderflower,with a bit more other notes, like grass, grains, flowers, spices, some honey, some yeast.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes yeasty, medium spicy, with lots of elderflower again.
Good. I’m not the biggest fan of elderflower and this beer is almost only about this. A bit one-dimensional, I was hoping for more Saison notes. Overall still refreshing and clean stuff, that should be a great summer beer.

Amber, hazy body, with a small, fluffy, off-white head.
Aroma of vegetables, flowers, caramel, subtle hops.
Tastes of bread, honey, flowers, herbs, grains, some bitter hops.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium hoppy, floral, a bit piney, herbal, a bit sweet malty.
OK. Unclean nose, with unpleasant vegetable notes, taste is better, but quite directionless and without much Pale Ale character (as specified on the bottle). Average overall.

0,33l bottle at home bought at Beer Store Vienna. BB 08.12.2016. dark yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of elder flowers, nettle, spices, light sweetness, flowery, light breadish. nice smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, spices, elder flowers, nettle, bit breadish. finishes medium dry with notes of spices, elder flowers and a bit citric. decent, lacks a bit balance but overall rather drinkable.
