Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, stable white foamy layer, moderate to distinctive sweetish-grainy nose with a slight sourish-strawy touch; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; grainy-malty flavours in the slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a loose and tall foamy white head. Strawy malty aroma with a tinge of sour dough and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt-character with herbal hoppy accents; moderately dry sweet-bitter finish. Herb-würziger Antrunk, weich. Wenig malzig, deutlicher getreidig, dazu leicht bitter. Die Getreidigkeit wird etwas stärker, das Bier bleibt aber mild hat mit dem Antrunk bereits seinen intensivsten Teil. Süffig, die Herbe ist noch länger vorhanden. Zum Ende kurz würziger. Nett. 10/9/9/7/8/9

Bottled. Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is malts, bread, some hints of grass and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is being quite much the same as well in a nice balance. Also some caramelly notes as well as some wood.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, caramel, light hoppy, butter notes. Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as some diacethyl. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and diacethyl, leading to a dry finish.
