Pours gold from the bottle with a frothy white head that lingers for much of the duration. Aroma is honey, garden herb, most notably thyme. Taste is overall lightly sweet, bready, with a dry, uneventful finish. Hints of honey and light spice. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall good if you like this style of beer. Not the most exciting on its own, but would go well with a Wurst and Sauerkraut dinner.

Clear brown with little white head. Aroma is slight DMS, lots of herbs and some caramel malts. Taste is lots of bitter herbs, sour citrus juice. Spiky carbonation on the tongue, not so smooth. Still drinkable. Ok I guess.

50cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of pale malt, some citrus and spicy hops. Taste of spicy hops, pale malt, some citrus, refreshing, okay!

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours nearly black with a creamy head. Roast, grains and grass. Bitter finish. Ok though kinda forgettable.

Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg and drunk on a train. Clear gold lasting white head pale gold. Not a great aroma vit yeasty. Malts in mouth arent completely pleasant. Hops on finish are ok. Overall average.

Many thsnks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo ze srednia piana, koloru jasno bursztynowego, klarowne. Aromat landrynek i zytniego chleba, nieco makreli. Smak slodowy karmel, toffi i lekka wedzonka, typu makrela. Ale spodziewałem się wiedzej tych akcentow. Nie mniej daleko temu piwu do Schlenkerli i Spezial - My Favorite Rauchbier. No ale w końcu nie było az tak zle

Flasche gekauft bei Hopfen&Malz. Bernsteinfarben, klar. Aroma: Getreide Malz. Geschmack Brot, Malz, nussig, etwas Karamell, Geschmack wird nach Antrunk schwächer, wenig bitter. Kurzer Abgang.

Bottle. Pale gold, with a massive, white, head and moderate carbonation. Crisp pils, with a touch of lemon sharpness, solid, cereal, malts and a touch of grassy hop, before a lingering, bitter, finish. A great lager.

Bottle form a REWE in Bamberg. Copper in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Smokey edge, some balancing berry sweetness, an almost savoury bacon edge before a soft, toasty, finish. Enjoyable.
