Swing-top bottle: Pale golden coloured, mid-sized, quite firm ans stable head, lively carbonation; grainy and a bit caramelly nose with a shy hop-bitterness; soft bitter-sweet (malty) flavour, gentle mouthfeel; mild, a bit longer lasting malty finish with a late arriving delicate hoppy bitterness. Nice, a good session-beer, no doubt.......

A yellow beer with a collapsing off-white head. The aroma is very sweet and malty combined with quite strong notes of caramel, but also hints of metal. The flavor is malty with light notes of caramel, and with an OK bitter hoppy end, but the body is thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pilsener golden with a small, white head. Fresh, lightly floral nose. Fairly full-bodied with plenty of sweet pilsener malt. Very soft mouthfeel. Discreet, hoppy finish. 190206

Bottle (from Landbierparadies): Mid-sized fluffy head, slowly diminishing, deep amber coloured; mild sweetish/caramelly nose, a bit grainy; mild bitter-sweet, caramelly flavour with a tinge of smoke (???), soft mouthfeel; dry malty finish with lingering, distinctive aromatic hops in the aftertaste. Well rounded, tasty and pleasant Fränkisches Bier........

Bottle: Dark ruby to darek amber coloured, thin, lasting beige foam; faint aromas of roast malt, coffee and liquorice, a bit cardboardy, too; demi-sec, malty, bitter (cacao) flavour, quite light bodied, "half-dry" malty finish with a light chocolatey bitterness. A well rounded, pleasant Schwarzbier..........

A hazy brown beer with a beutiful light brown head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet roasted with notes of hay. The flavor is too sweet for my liking.
