Gold with a tall, frothy head. Banana and brown sugar aroma. Taste heads in another direction—mild to moderate bitter with a mix of grains, bananas and apples. Light bodied, mildly watery texture, lacks chewiness. Below average for the style.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Soft malty aroma has hints of flowers and apples. Taste is mildly sweet up front with a low level bitterness at the back. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Simple stuff but clean and refreshing.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Mild caramel and orange peel aroma. Slightly dusty. Taste is bittersweet, a mix of herbal bitterness and lingering, sweet caramel. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Decent chewiness. A pleasant Kellerbier.

50cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of mild caramelized malt and reddish malt. Taste of caramelized and reddish malt, some dark fruits, moderate bitterness.

Copper in color with a creamy, white head. Aroma of yeasty bread, caramel, mixed grains. Taste is mildly bitter the whole way through. Medium bodied, rather watery finish. Okay.

Neder Export, das Hausbier der Nederbräu, Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase anfangs mattes, später leicht buttriges karamelliges helles Malz und feiner hopfenwürzig-herbaler Hopfen. - Antrunk tief hellmalzig mit feinem Karamel, zarter Honignote und dezenter Süße. Recht kräftige aber aromatisch wenig prominente herbale Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leicht trocken mit hintergründiger herbaler Herbe. - Ein malztiefes, kerniges, ausgereiftes Export, wie es nicht mehr viele gibt. Bei der Erstverkostung vom Faß beim Neder 2013 (zur berühmten Knoblauchwurst) notierte ich: Brotige Gerste statt dicker Malzsüße. Das gilt auch für die Flasche acht Jahre später. Man sollte viel öfter nach Forchheim fahren ... (27.2.2021.)

Flasche gekauft bei Hopfen und Malz in Berlin. Schönes schwarzes Bier mit sehr wenig Schaum. Aroma: Lakritz, Sahne Bombon, Malz. Geschmack: etwas Sahnebonbon, Haselnuss, ein wenig Karamell, mittlere süße, mittlere Bitterkeit.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B, Max and Simon. Cloudy golden, white head. Light banana, malty, sweetish, watery. Light bodied.

On tap at Hutt'n, Nurnberg. Black with off white head. Bit roasted, caramel, malty, sweetish. Quite simple and bit bland. Light to medium bodied.
