Description
Horus Aged Ales is a 100% barrel aged brewery located in Oceanside, California. We believe in pushing the boundaries on how much beer can evolve through resting in oak by using a variety of different wine and spirit barrels, adding exotic fruits, and fermenting spontaneously. The complexity of the beer portrays our passion for experimentation and patience required to produce such a unique beverage. Horus has been a decade long dream that is finally coming true and we look forward to introducing our exclusive beer to the fine people of San Diego County.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, cherries, some nutty and alcoholic tones. Flavour is dry fruits, liquorice, nutty, and alcohol and some toffeeish tones.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol, toffee, fruity and mild nutty tones. Flavour is berries, some liquorice, nutty, some lingon and toffee with quite much alcohol evident as well.

pitch black color. Massive walnuts, massive vanilla, tons of dark chocolate and oak. Low carbonation, very sweet, rich low carbonation rounded, amazing depth and super sweet massive . Amazing smooth. Coffee, vanilla and bourbon and oak finish. Excellent

Sample in front of Mikkeller Friends, Copenhagen. Color is very dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Toffee, bourbon, chocolate, coconut... pretty soft and heavy viscocity. Nice.
