Description
Horus Aged Ales is a 100% barrel aged brewery located in Oceanside, California. We believe in pushing the boundaries on how much beer can evolve through resting in oak by using a variety of different wine and spirit barrels, adding exotic fruits, and fermenting spontaneously. The complexity of the beer portrays our passion for experimentation and patience required to produce such a unique beverage. Horus has been a decade long dream that is finally coming true and we look forward to introducing our exclusive beer to the fine people of San Diego County.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, tart, fruity yeast, funk, berry, mulberries - blackberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart, sweet malt, berries, mulberries - blackberry, fruity yeast, funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, sour, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeast, fruity yeast, dough, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, pale malt, yeast - saison yeast, dough, berries - fruit (can read Poha Berries). Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, sweet malt, sugary, malty, rich, coffee and hazelnuts. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, hazelnut, coffee, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, rich.
