Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, no head, super soft carb. Wet cardboard, musty apples, lots of sulphites. Semi sweet, watery, not good at all.

(473ml can from the Barrie farmer's market) Pours clear pale blush with a small whitish head. Aroma and flavour are sweet red apples with a light hint of sugared currants and generic red berries, light earthiness but not much tannin, semi-sweet finish that's a little watery and short. Light bodied, average plus fizzy carbonation. Decent.

(473ml can from Barrie farmer's market) Pours clear pale straw nearing colourless, no head. Aroma of fresh green and lightly tart red apples, some apple skin, hint of lactic acidity maybe. Flavour is lightly sweet, again green and tart red apple flesh and juice, light skin tannins, a little acidic bite, soft yeast profile, fairly short apple flesh finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. Obviously improved from early reviews, solid basic cider.
