(Draught from a wooden cask at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 18 June) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of apricots, slightly toasty malt and spicy hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with toasty malt, apricots, orange and a smooth, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, smooth and rounded mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Balanced sweetness. Nice and tasty, very refreshing.

draught @ the brewpub. Clear, perhaps slightly hazy dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of roasetd malt and coffee. Full-bodied, very malty with intensive flavours of roasetd malt, toffee and coffee. Well-balanced and rounded with aromatic Tettnang hops. Smooth and velvety carbonation. A great brew.

draught @ the brewpub. Cloudy golden-sih pale yellow, large and creamy white head, very persistent. Lovely aroma of wheat and banana. Full-bodied, wheaty and yeasty wit some shy hoppy hints. Pleasantly fruity, mainly banana flavours, perhaps a touch of lemon also present. A delicious Hefeweizen. GERMAN BEER # 1.000

draught at the brewpub.Deep golden yellow colour, impressively creamy and persistent white head. Superb aroma of Tettnang hops. Full-bodied, starting with a solid malty base, balanced of with superb hops, very aromatic and resiny at first, becoming quite bitter (still resiny, grassy) in the finish. Quite complex for a Pils and still highly quaffable. Well-matured with smooth carbonation. Brilliant stuff, a beer to spend the night with...
