Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo, mandarino e agrumato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si fermano impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, mandarino, spezie e arancia.

Bottle @ Il Birraiuola, Naples. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma og hops and citrus, with notes of fruit and malt. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with estery and malty notes and touches of fruit. Bitter and citric aftertaste with estery botes. Decent.
