50cl bottle: Pours clear gold with a white head. Hay, straw & corn. Thin mouthfeel. Dry & bitter. Not very pleasant!

50cl bottle: Pours amber with a fast collapsing creamy head. Very dusty, ashy malty & slightly sour. Thin mouthfeel. Couldnt drink it - Might have been infected!?

Frischer Antrunk, hefig, leicht säuerlich. Während die Hefigkeit konstant bleibt nimmt die Säuerlichkeit zu, das Bier wirkt spritzig, aber nicht sehr vollmundig. Zum Agang hin etwas malziger, die Hefigkeit nimmt deutlich ab. Zuletzt herber. Test vom 30.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,9,8,8,9 - 8,90

50 cL bottle. Pours deep golden orange to brown, clear, and with a slight brown head. Aroma is dry malty with a mild spice note. Mild malty flavoured. Ends malty as well. Has some bitterness in the far finish.

50 cL bottle@chris_o’s place, thanks Chris. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Dry malty aroma. Flavour is dry malty, slight sweet with a slight fruity note. End is dry malty too. Average German urtyp.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is salty hops with some sweetish malty hints. Flavour is malts, salty hops and not much else. Quite wellbalanced and clean thing, but still boring.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a moderate foamy white head. Sweet and slightly acidic grainy and wheaty nose with a light fruit-character (light citrus and banana) and a touch of vanilla and cloves. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Wheat-malty taste in good balance with fruity (citrus, peach) notes; moderately yeasty and fruity finish, slightly sweet and tart with a good length. Although I am not a Wheat-Lover this one is quite balanced and refreshing.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of metal and a weird hop note. The flavor is boring malty with notes of metal and caramel, leading to a dry bitter and hoppy end.
