About
Brewing beers for people who enjoy like a little extra something...flavor! Beer has slowly changed over the years to meet everyone's approval. Thankfully with technology, the quality and consistency is better than ever before, but in comparison with beers of the old there is a little something missing. We believe the time is now for a New Beer Generation bringing back what is slowly missing in flavor and character, but with modern technology to bring you the highest quality beer in every pint. Cheers to the New Beer Generation!

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, some herbs, mild toffee as well as some grassy and mild sprucelike notes. Flavour is sweet caramel malts, some floral, grassy and nectary notes, but at the same time quite big on the bitterness. Somewhat dry palate. This one has the potential of being good, but the hopping making it quite dry does ruin it a bit.

(draught at BKL 2016) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Fruity and mildly resiny hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Quite bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry, mildly cara-malty base with present fruity hops, including notes of citrus, grapefruit, tangerine; dry and hop bitter finish. Likeable. 26.II.16

(draught at BKL 2016) Hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Earthy, slightly sweaty hoppy aroma with a cautious malty background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly sharp carbonation. Quite malty, delicately grainy base with a moderate hops character; sweet-bitter, slightly earthy and delicately fruity hoppy finish with grainy malty spots. Not that challenging. 26.II.16

Bottle:Deep golden, hazy, stale, but loose medium-sized off-white head; moderate dryish grapefruity to piney nose, well hidden traces of pineapples underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, all in all dry, but not bone-dry; medium-bodied and relatively soft; more dry and more bitter and a bit tart in the piney finish. O.K. ...

Bottle at home in the garden, 11th June 16. Looks inviting, hazy dark yellow orange with a neat little head. Aroma is malt, spruce, tropical fruit. Taste is bitter, orange and grapefruit pith, bitter orange marmalade. Long bitter linger. Nice one, Germany is upping it’s game on the IPAs.
