Thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, brownish, nice head. Starts soft-malty, not too roasty. Nice hint of chocolate. Finish a bit drier without being too much. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Draught at Erzbierschof, Bern
Dark mahogany color, clean, with big compact head. The aroma is a bit biscuity and breadish, nice. Mild flavor, some bread, light caramel, very light butter; low bitterness.
Simple.

bottle from Coop Kreuzlingen. Cloudy chestnut-brown, large, fluffy beige head. Spicy yeasty nose. Medium-bodied, grainy malt flavours, a yeasty touch and some interesting spices. Not too sweet nor too dry, the malty body is perfectly balanced to support the spices (juniper). Interesting, unusual and best of all, quite good!

Bottle @ BBF13. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and mashed veggies. Bitter, hoppy aroma with notes of yeast and a portion of veggie stir fry of yesteryear. Bitter finish. Nothing particularly impressive, but finally I got my first Swiss beer after months of hunting!

Draught, 0.50l. Clear golden color with soft visible carbonation, thin creamy white head and thick lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, grainy malt, cooked vegetables and hints of a citrus. Taste starts with sweet malt, followed by sour grassy notes, with dry but quite plain mouthfeel and finished average hoppy. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Just an average Swiss thirst killer...

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Deep amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sulphur, some grains and mild metallic notes. Flavour is very similar, although not that offensive when cold.
