From tap in St Gallen with people from the GSERM Summer Course 12.06.23. Clear pale amber. Off-white head and lacing. Soma aroma of sweet pilsner malt and noble hops. Tasty and with good drinkability, but a bit bland.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy longlasting head. Aroma is grainy, grassy, herbal and some bready tones. Flavour is herbal, floral, bready and mild earthy and citrusy tones. Refreshing. Smooth carbonation.

Botted 330ml. -at San Gottardo Sud gas station Switzerland. Darker golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light herbal and piney with notes of alcohol in the finish.
