Tap @ Hotel Kulm, Triesenberg. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, wheat malt and hops. Sweet yeasty finish.

Bottle 50cl. @Brasserie Fédéral, Zürich, poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy yellow golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, banana, apricot, light cloves, yeast. Taste medium sweet, slightly sourish, touch of bitterness, mild banana, light apricot, yeast, light cloves. Medium body, creamy texture, sweet aftertaste with light sourish and mild bitter impressions, yeasty till the end, has style and finesse, very nice.
