*Bottle from their bottle-shop in Herisau. Great fruity beginning. Lemon, orange, pine and resin. Great floral fruity overlay, fresh beer in the back, highly sessionable with a moderate bitterness in the end.

*Bottle from their bottle-shop in Herisau. Grainy beginning. Easy to drink with a grainy fruity back, moderate bitter with a soft grainy finish. Sessionable brew with sweetish parts in the back.

Bottle from their bottle-shop in Herisau. Fruity floral beginning. Extreme aromatic-fruity with citric parts. Hints of grain in the back, lots of floral hops with an intense herbal punch in the aftertaste. Great fruity floral with a grainy sweetness behind it.

Older tasting notes: dark amber pour, slightly hazy. Medium, stable head. Aromas of dark bread and fruits some dried fruits, Pleasant taste of rye, hops and dried fruits. Enjoyed it

hazy pale yellow colour, large, dense white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of grassy, lemongrassy, grainy, some hay and herbal notes; taste of malty-bready sweetness, which is well balanced by herball hoppy and citrusy notes; spicy-peppery aftertaste; good one!
