Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, small off-white creamy head, sweetish toasty - almost a bit smoky - nose with yeast and hops, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and quite smooth; shorter sweetish caramelly-toasty finish, balanced by some bitterness. No reason to get excited, but quite nice…

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Citrusy, wheaty and yeasty aroma. Taste is citrusy, wheaty and yeasty, lively carbonation. Mediocre Hefeweizen.

Bottle (from bierzwerg.de, found in an old box). Amber/pale copper colour with a mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, some ashes, mild toffee, chocolate and slight syrupy notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some toffee, toasted malts, mild coffee and some slight ashy notes as well. Quite much bitterness in the finish. Not sure if this is along with the Reinheitsgebot due to the strong syrupy notes in it...
