Bottle: Golden, smaller stable and lacy white head; distinctive grainy and pale-malty nose with a soft, but distinctive dash of "woody" hops, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft; drier lingering "woody" hoppy and sweet pale-malty finish. Well made, well balanced brew.....

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, smaller - rather quickly collapsing - off-white head, visible carbonation; moderate sweetish-caramelly nose, with a subtle fruitiness and a nutty tinge; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; light caramelly and (citrus-)fruity finish with a even lighter bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite a tame Dunkel.......

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Hazy goldeny orange colour with mediumsized white fluffy head, which vanishes quite quickly though. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some slight yeasty notes as well as mild herbs as well. Flavour is fruits, wheat, some fruits, mild notes of grass as well as some mild herbal notes. Not as sweet as many others, which makes this rather nicely balanced brew.

Bottle: Golden coloured and relatively clear, creamy white head; ripe bananas, wheat and delicate cloves in the sweet-fruity nose; creamy MF, almost medium bodied, light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour; bananas without cloves in the sourish-wheaty finish, a light tartness in the aftertaste hardly detectable. Brave Weizen.......

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass the same. Starts hoppy, modest dry, a bit sourish-metallically. Finish gets thiner, should be more intense. I’m a bit disappointed!

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and fluffy foamy white head. Sightly sweet malty and citrus-fruity aroma with a light to moderate wheat-character and notes of cloves and sulphur. Slightly sweet and minimal sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Malt-accented, moderately wheaty taste with citrus-fruity notes and shades of bananas and cloves; quite dry and slightly sourish fruity and clovy finish. 01.III.10
