Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo e dal citrico. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta, con schiuma abbondante. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, agrumi e arancia amara.

Swing-top bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of cereals, yeast, sauerkraut, herbs and dust. Pours cloudy amber color with large frothy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet bready with toasted note, following is grainy, slightly citrusy, grassy and yeasty with smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Costing more than 5 EUR in Auchan seems way too expensive for what you get...
