Sibbarps Husbryggeri är ett mikrobryggeri från Limhamn i södra delen av Malmö. Bryggeriet startade 2012 som ett hobbyprojekt i garaget hos vår bryggmästare, Rolf Nilsson.

Sedan 2016 drivs Sibbarps Husbryggeri som ett familjeföretag i två generationer från vårt egna, professionella bryggeri.

Vi älskar att plocka upp klassiska öltyper, och göra våra egna moderniserade tolkningar av dem. Våra öl beskrivs ofta som välbalanserade. Vi anser att detta är ett resultat av ett bra hantverk samt att vi älskar malten (så ofta underskattad!), lika mycket som vi älskar humlen.

Bottle. Hazy light copper liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of red berries, hay, citrus, tangerine, mango, earth, grain and wet grass. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of grain, bread, crackers, red berries and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. There’s not any off flavors in this, but it’s just another malty non-IPA with not nearly enough hop aroma. Learn to brew IPAs already. This is basically bitter caramel water.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy orange-brown, mid sized head. Fruity nose with notes of peach. Sweet with medium-full body and clean mouthfeel. Syrup and peppery bread, notes of caramel and citrus. Mid bitter finish with some sugar. Too much sticky sweetness, too edgy malt.

Draught at Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016.Hazy amber color, yellow head. Malty, bread, toasted scent. Malty, caramel, hoppy taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
