MWBF 2006: really nice big citric cascadey aroma, of course from the dry hopping. However, the malts were rather light, giving this a sort of hop juice character. More heft! Cloudy appearance.

MWBF 2006. I was pleasantly surprised here. I tried it expecting the typical, a crappy overly sweet concoction, especially as I haven’t been that impressed with their beers so far. Well to my surprise this is probably the best "cherry wheat" I’ve ever tried! It was a real homebrewer’s attempt at the "style" and came across with integrity. It had a pleasing mild cherry aroma and flavor, mildly sweet with a light sourness that helped cut. Smooth and natural carbonation. Cloudy amber color.

Near black but shows red at edges. Very faint aroma hints at roast, but the flavor goes down sweeter with alot of caramel-chocolate candy bar. Astringent and husky with an alcoholic, almost hot, finish.
