Description
The seishu "Kanzan" originates from the Chusonji Temple in Hiraizumi, the land where the third heir of the Fujiwara, Yoshitsune Minamoto, and Benkei met. The name derives from Kanzan-Chusonji, the honorific name of the mountain of Chusonji Temple, famous for its national treasure, Konjikido, a pavilion covered with golden scales. Sekizan Chusonji, the temple name of Chusonji Temple, which was founded in 1944 and is widely known for its Golden Hall, Is a national treasure. We are now a small sake brewery (Hiraizumi Factory), but we hope that this project will help us promote ourselves domestically and increase our customer base.
