Bottle from some whiskey store in Budějovice. Misty dark brown body, off white head. Aroma... cherry and butter.. Taste... cherry and butter... but mleh... this is flawed essentially. A bit harsh, but this missed all the marks.

Tap at the Budějovice fest. Golden body, whtie head. Buttery notes mixing with flowery hoppienss in the aroma. Sweetish nice, full taste, malt-driven, with butter showing up again, but in general, fairly pleasant despite that. Works!

(tap 0,3l @ Pivní festival Brno) Dark golden with long lasting beige head. Sweet malty, light caramel, light toasty. Light body. Light astringent finish. Ok but quite light.

(tap 0,5l @ Pivní festival (Brno)) Overall: Good, malty-hoppy. Aroma: Light hoppy, tropical fruits. Appearance: Golden. Long lasting, off-white head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, fruity, citrusy, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Die kleine Brauerei Glokner profitiert von ihrer Nähe zum Touristenmagnet Český Krumlov so wie dem hauseigenen Golfplatz. Dieses halbdunkle Bier habe ich aber in einer Pizzeria in Kaplice getrunken. Es hat mich aber nicht sonderlich begeistert und auch auf den anderen Tischen herrschte das zweite Bier auf der Karte, das Pilsner Urquell vor. Es ist zwar nett vollmundig, aber einfach viel zu süß, hat aber einen leichten herben Haken hinten raus. Schön, einmal wieder ein neues Bier im Lande zu entdecken, aber nochmals brauche ich es nicht.

Bottle. Dark amber color with tan head. Aroma is buttery, farty, caramel, cherries. Taste is buttered caramel, dark bread, cherries, earthy, nutty. Medium carbonation. Ok!

Mahagoni with little white head. Aroma is citrus, caramel, green leaves, melisse, sour cherries. Taste is buttery with some cocoa, nuts as well. Fresh and drinkable. Not heavy nor alcoholic. Cool.

PET bottle. Nice golden chestnut, off white lace. Herbal hop, light fresh cheese and roast, herbs. Medium body, wheaty creamy mouthfeel. Toasted bread, herb notes, grassy, chewy finish, nice.

Bottle shared by MisoW. Very dark colour, moderately stable head. Too much bitterness and Czech grassy hoppiness which shatters the stout impression along with inappropriate fruitiness which hints at over the top fermentation temperature. Malt profile resembles tmavy leziak rather than stout. Weird hybrid.
