Bottle 330ml. [ As Schlumberger Schwarzer Ochs ].Clear light dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light roasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, hay, light brown sugar - malt sugar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120203]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Discreet lemon aroma. Medium body, sweet but subtle lemon accents. A little sulphur in the finish. 010412

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, citrusy. Sweet and citrusy into the finish. Light sodapop like.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Amber with a small white head. Aroma of banana and bubblegum, with grain and a hint of spice. Cloying sweet banana and grain flavour with a faint sour touch

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear copper with a small egg white head. Wheat, banana. A bit of caramel. Extremely sweet banana bubblegum. Thin.
