Sampled from the tap at Stone Arch MSP. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light onion and dank citrus rind with a bit of grain plus a touch of resin backing. Flavor has more of a dank citrus with a touch of onion and a light grain backbone.

From a 12 oz. can. Pours a clear pale gold with an off white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and grass. Flavors are mild bitter citrus. Aromas and flavors are pretty muted on this one.

From a 12 oz. can. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are moderately bitter and juicy citrus.

On Tap at the MSP airport Pale deep golden. Big peppery aroma and flavors. Nice light malt body and smooth palate. Very good pepper beer. Sizzling

Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours near black with a brown head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has notes of coffee, bourbon, earthy dark grains and a bit of tobacco coming through. Flavor has notes of coffee, bourbon, tobacco, dark grains and a bit of roasted malts underlying.

Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours a near gold with a slight orange hue and a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of citrus and pine with bread and sweet grains backing. Flavor has has sweet grains, bread, a good amount of grass and a slight citrus rind.

All Pints North, 2017. I liked this more than others I see. Amber color. Big, white head. Barrel aroma, lots of oak, a little vanilla. Grape, alcohol, sugar, and wine. It is sweet. not sour, but maybe it would be with some time.

Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a earthy gold with a large white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has earthy grains, sour grape and a bit of brandy underlying. Flavor has notes of sour grape and a bit of an odd brandy note with some bread notes backing.
