Tap at the brewpub. Dark brown pour, small white head. There is barely any aroma, this is being served way too cold. Only hints of toffee and that’s it. As it warms some toffee and caramel malts come though with very little roast. Body and mouth feel are fine. Finish was some more sweet malts, with a bitter ground coffee flavour. This tastes like cheap coffee cake.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear reddish purple pour, small slightly pink head with 2 frozen blueberries floating in it. Aroma is plead, but doesn’t smell very authentic, smells alot like extracts or artificial blueberry flavoring. Body and mouth feel were fine. The finish was sweet, with some more of the artifical berry flavours. This isn’t terrible, just tastes like fake blueberry juice.

On Tao at the brew house. Dark brown, almost black pour, with a small white head. Aroma is some soft roast, light coffee and quite a bit of vanilla. The body is thin, and the carb is very very soft. The finish is sweet, big on vanilla, I think it’s extract, it tastes fake. Mild bitterness, light roast. Meh.

Clear golden pour, with a small white head. Aroma is of musty apples, subtle, non deScription tartness and some wet paper. Mouth feel is OK, carb is good. Finish is lightly bitter, lots of apples, this is not good. It’s a cheapo lager, with artificial cranberry flavour is what it taste like.

Aroma is slightly piney, subtle candied citrus, and light caramel. Good body, and carb. Finish is very dry, with a medium bitterness. The hops fade quickly, light pine, no citrus.

On tap at the brewhouse.
Clear copper pour, with a tiny white head. Aroma is lemony, sweet, soft malts, no hops, and some apricots round it out. Mouthfeel is watery, and the carb is flat. Finish is sweet, and tastes of lemon flavoured iced tea. This is rough.

Pint at the brewpub. Clear golden pour, small white head. Nice cereals aroma, clean and crisp. Inoffensive, clean, crisp drinking lager. Nothing special but well done, and a for sure macro drinker alternative.

Pretty much the same as the regular lager, looks the same, but the aroma and flavour are dialled back a bit, and not really leaving much. Why even bother with this? All in all, it’s a light beer with some decent cereals, but it’s still pretty bland, but I can see what they are going for. I can see this convert a Coors light drinker.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden pour, with a tiny white head, served with an orange slice. Which I promptly removed. Aroma has a nice amount of malted wheat with hints of coriander and some lemon grass. Watery mouthfeel and a very soft carb. Finish is also very watery, and overall this is a very thin beer, that is quite faint in flavour.

Pint at the brewpub. Clear copper pour, with a small white head. Aroma has some light pungent pine notes with hints of citrus, but overall it’s all very subtle. Understandably so. This is a HEAVY macro lager community, baby steps here.....medium to low bitterness with earthy piney hops, and solid cereals.
