Bottle from Landbierparadeis. Malty nose, biscuits and bread, lemon, grass. Brilliant deep gold, clear, with a fine head. A bit of DMS in the mouth, honey, lemon. Decent but not great.

Flasche (50 cl) vom Markgrafen-Getränkemarkt, Bamberg. - Schönes Kupferrot, klar; reichlich beigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase Karamel, schwach würziger Hopfen, schwach muffig. - Antrunk malzsüß mit milden dunklen und schwachen Röstaromen, pikant fruchtig-säuerlich abgeschmeckt. Schwach krautig-erdig. Mild rezent, etwas dünn im Mund. Im Abgang milder, schwach würziger Hopfen. Schwacher erdig-holziger Nachtrunk, leicht angebrannt. - Eigenwillige, nicht ganz überzeugende Aromenmischung; auch etwas dünn für seine 5,6 %.

Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, hay, sweet malt, sugary malt, fruity malt, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140601]
