Not a bad beer that we have drunk at Bologna, resinous hop, touch of sugar, a bit burnt at the final note, watery, lack of aromas, ok, 20.07.18, purchased at Vasto.

In my opinion, this beer is average, nothing crazy and it is not really a california common, taste of malt, peach, creamy note, a bit sour, buying it at the shopping center Costaverde, Vasto, drinking it at Bonfol, just after the trip in Pettaciatto, 02.08.2018.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di cereali e di aromi dello scantinato.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce segni di frumento e di speziato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frumento, agrumi e coriandolo.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si affermano segni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si trovano sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, spezie, resina, creme caramel e albicocca.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is toffee, grains, earth and some slight floral and herbal tones. Flavou ris caramel, some biscuits, mild toasted tones with some floral and herbal tones.
