Polypin at the Orchard, Bristol. Cloudy amber with no carbonation. Aroma of dry apples and citric acid. Flavour was more enjoyable, with some some pleasant apple juice, wood and a funky, tart finish. Ok, but as mentioned below, on the rough side.
