Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, sour apples, hay, apple peel, flowers, alcohol. Taste is harsh sour-ish fruity, apple peel, unripe apples, alcohol, sorrel, minerals, hay, apple cores, paper, leafs. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Better luck next time.
