0.75l bottle from Bridport’s Saturday Market. Hazy golden colour, aroma of apples, quite tart, hints of mould. Full-bodied, quite tart, sligtly acid yet with some sweetness in the background. Flavours of mould, old wood, cellar and blue cheese/blue mould make it highly interesting.
