Clear dark golden with a foamy head. Roasted malt, slightly metallic, citrusy, some DMS, buttery. Dry citrusy metallic bitterness, malty buttery sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty citrusy metallic bittersweet finish. Nice Märzen / Festbier!

Klare goldene Farbe; gemischtporige mäßig stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase malzig, leicht würzig und viel Honigaromen, etwas blumiger Hopfen. Im Geschmack honigartig - aber nicht zu süß, deutlicher Hopfen, spürbare Bittere, malziger Nachtrunk, durchaus süffig.
