Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts intense malty-spicy, fine wheaty, modest sweet with hints of caramel. Malty-wheaty finish. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Nice!

"Staffelberg-Bräu Landbier hell", Flasche vom Landbierparadies-Bierversand, 8.2.2013. - Goldgelb, klar, feinporiger weißer Schaum - ein klassisches Helles. In der Nase helles Malz und Heu. Antrunk mild malzig-würzig, strohiges Malz, nicht süß, leichte pikante Säure. Mild rezent. Abgang nur leicht herb mit feinen krautig-zitronigen Hopfennoten. Milder schwacher Nachtrunk. - Recht ordentliches Helles, mild und sortentypisch schwach gehopft aber sauber und sehr süffig. Mir fehlt freilich etwas mehr Hopfen ...

Der Antrunk war süßlich-malzig, fast wie ein laffes Malzbier. Im Hauptteil entwickelte sich eine schöne, trocken-malzige Note, aber der Körper dieses Bieres ist etwas laff. Der Nachgeschmack lang-anhaltend. Insgesamt schmeckt das Ganze ein Bißchen wie leicht gesüßtes Malzbier......

Ein insgesamt doch schönes, wenn auch nicht allzu besonderes Dunkel. Insgesamt gesehen ist es etwas flach - die Aromen halten sich dezent im Hintergrund, aber laff ist es dadurch auch nicht. Der Antrunk ist säuerlich mit deutlich spürbarer Kohlensäure, im Hauptteil kommen die Röstmalzaromen zum Vorschein. Je wärmer das Bier wird, umso besser wird es, da die Aromen erst langsam "auftauen".
Zum Röstmalz kommt eine angenehme süße mit leichten Hopfenanklängen, aber kaum herb.Der Nachgeschmack gestaltet sich schön röstmalzig mit leichter süße, langanhaltend.
Fazit: Die Aromen könnten schon etwas eher zu tage treten, und nicht erst wenn das Bier "wärmer" gewortedn und das Glas schon halbleer ist :-)

Im Geruch sehr schön zitronig, ist der Geschmack auch ins Sauer-Zitronige gehend. Es ist sehr schön hefig-frisch und kaum herb. --> Ein, wie ich finde, sehr schönes erfrischendes und süffiges Weißbier!

On tap at the brewery. Hazy cloudy gold lasting off white head. I love the look of a weisse beer. Yeasty aroma. Yes spicy. Herby. Some hop some lemon. It’s a conglomeration of flavours. An assault on so many fronts. Wow. Lovely soft interesting spicy. Good. The regular beers are good. Giid pils dunkel and weizen. Shame the Landbier was not on.

On tap at the brewery. Clear reddish brown colour. Brown dry malt aroma. It’s good. Like the Pils it’s well brewed. Tasty enough. Yep decent.

On tap at the brewery. Clear gold lasting white head. Now that is not only a good looking beer it’s also really tasty with clear hops on the finish. it just disappeared from the glass in no time. A little yeasty up front then the hops kick in. Glorious.

5.0% on tap at the brewery. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. A malty almost white chocolate beer with some hop sting on the finish. Malty but a little watery too. Watery and some ok weak toffee. Not good.
