Description
The Rondadora project was born in 2011, although it was not until 2014 when they started marketing this craft beer. Last year they sold 50,000 liters of beer and in 2019 they hope to grow between 15 and 20%. The bulk of sales are made in the region itself, and especially during visits that can be organized to the factory. However, they are already spreading throughout the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza.

Pajiza, amarillenta. Nebulosa. Abundante espuma blanca, muy duradera. Aroma a levadura y cítricos. En boca muy refrescante. Entre dulce y cítrica, con levadura presente, predominio cítrico, notas de vainilla. Gas notable. Bien.

Bottle at Apolo Hotel, Ainsa (best before was 5 months ago). Pours hazy golden with big white head. Fresh aroma of apricot, orange, yeast. Taste oxidized and little infection, but still quite good. Slightly sour, with some bitterness; spices.
