Bottle. Golden color with white head. Aroma is all the quince goodness you could wish for, but on the simple side. Taste is a bit onioiny on top of that, nutty, super dry finish. Foamy carbonation. Not bad! 7-4-7-3-14
2020 bottle, tried at Weiss Bregenz in March 2022. Better balance, dry, nice quince, nice earthiness and chalk too. Very good! 8-4-7-4-16
