Bottle. Thx to Rune. A hazy one, dark golden-orange in color and with a foamy, white head of two-finger size. Curtains. Lemon peel, pine cones and a faint malty touch. It’s medium to full-bodied with a nice carbonation level. Semi-dry. Pale malts in the back of the flavor, with lemony, piney and some grapefruit. Decent bitterness. Long fruity and bitter finish. Well, this is just a mediocre homebrew in my opinion. There’s no flaws, just boring reciepe formulation and probably unfinished fermentation. 150724

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long malty, yeasty and orange finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, thanks to Rune. A big, dense, white head forms over a lighlty hazy golden body. Some foamy lacing. The aroma is quite banana-ish, with wheat malts and a spiced note. Rather fruity. It’s banana-ish and lighlty lemony in the mouth, with a pleasant carbonation and it’s quite dry. Some spiced notes and wheat, and a touch of bitterness that lasts for a while. Mostly fruity finish though. Well, it’s my first from this brewery, hope my next will be better. 150724

Flaske 500ml fra Kjeller 5. Batch 43. Grågul. Uklar. Høyt skum som faller sammen raskt og dannes film. Aroma av banan & godt modnen fersken. Smaken som aromaen. For mye kullsyre: Demper smaken. Veldig uklar siste kvelling. Litt bunnfall.

Flaske 500ml fra Kjeller 5. Batch 52. Mørk gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Pent høyt luftig skum som varer lenge. Nydelig aroma av ulik frukt. Mest mørke plommer. Smaken balansert. Tørket frukt. Svakt tørr ettersmak. Veldig uklar i siste kvelling. Litt bunnfall igjen på flaska. Fungerte fint som matøl.

500ml bottle, batch #52, at VertsHuset Skaven in Tromsø. Fair white head leaving clingy lacing behind. Hazy apricot in body colour. Half dry aroma of herbal hops and peach. Taste of peach , apricot, and pale malts followed by bittersweet endnotes. Soft in the mouth. Fair enough (shared with Finn Arvid and djoeye, 25.04.2015).

500ml bottle batch #43 at Vertshuset Skarven. Lasting pearl white head over an unclear dark golden body. Spotty lacing. Smell of orange fruit and wheat. Fresh wheat fruity taste with moments of peach,banana, and apricot, lightly spiced. Mid-sweet wheat fruity ending. Very foamy in the mouth. Refreshing, and pleasing to a certain extent (Shared with Finn Arvid and djoeye, Tromsø 25.04.2015).

Fra kran på Casa Inferno, Tromsø 11 Apr 15. På menyen oppført som Inferno IPA. Gusjegulbrun. Uklar. Middels høyt stabilt skum. Svakt krydret aroma. Smaken er tørket frukt. Avslutter tørt. Litt uvariert. Ingen typisk IPA - men fungerte utmerket til husets pizza.
