Clear golden with a large white head. Malty aroma with grains and hints of caramel. Sweet flavour with malt and caramel notes. Finished slightly bitter from the grassy hops.

Bottle, 2.4%. Citric aroma, seems a little dry. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head, The flavour is slightly sweet and quite citric. Does not taste especially aspartamish. The finish is quite sweet, but OK.

Bottle, 4.8%. 1 year past BB date. Weak flowery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. The bitterness is slightly grapey, uncompromising. Has a little bread in the finish.

Draught at restaurant Mutter Wichtig in Bochum, Germany. On December 29, 2008. Clear pale golden color, fluffy lasting white head. Clean fresh malty dry scent. Cean and herbal malty taste. Medium to full mouthfeel. Slight metallic, though only a bit, aftertaste. Medium herbal bitterness. Lasting herbal afterbitterness.
