Sample at the tasting room during Session Mead Tasting - Open Hours & Bottle Sales on 12/21/2019. Clear copper-amber color with a minimal head and sparse legs on the glass. Aroma of floral honey and fruit. Medium to full body with a floral and fruity character and notes of honey and semi-tart cherry and berry. The finish is fruity with a lingering floral honey aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Sample during the Super Bowl Viewing And Beer tasting on 02/03/2019. This Mead is a clear reddish-brown color with a minimal head and sparse legs on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, honey and cherry. Medium body with flavors of sweet chocolate and honey plus some mild cherry. The finish is like a Tootsie Roll with a chocolatey aftertaste. Decent overall.
