Swing-top bottle. Sweet orange-banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with large head and moderate effervescence. Sweet orange-banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Medium body - okay but not a lot of maltiness.

Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass not too turbid, small head. Starts yeasty-fruity, notes of apple, not too sweet. Finish fine yeasty, not too dry, well balanced, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass turbid, nice head. Starts quite dry, very moldy-grasy from the beginning on, also woody. Finish a bit unbalanced and too grasy. Not my favourite.

Thanks to Quack-Duck for this one. Bottle looks good, the beer in the glass lighter than exspected, but okay. Starts fine hoppy, a bit soapy, more and more malty. Also fine spicy-grasy. Well balanced finish. Mild but not washy. Good!

Bottle (courtesy of QuacK-Duck!): Golden, bigger fluffy white head, sweetish-grainy and malty nose with a faint tinge of herbal hops; light to medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft; slightly lingering sweet-malty and hoppy finish. Pleasant brew...

(bottle) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a big and quite stable foamy white head. Grainy malt-accented aroma with notes of oak honey, vanilla and a touch of herbal, slightly woody hops. Slightly bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft pale malt-character with grainy accents and mildly hoppy influences, leading into a moderately dry bitter-sweet finish. Clean but also unspectacular "Festbier". 07.IV.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden to light amber coloured, medium-sized, relatively firm off-white head; vegetables in the delicate toasty-caramelly nose; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, relatively light bodied for a beer of 6.9%; some increasing hoppy traces in the malty and vegetabley finish. No glory.....
