(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, slightly grainy aroma with a tinge of (oak-)honey and herbal, slightly grassy hops. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Pale malty base with a tinge of biscuits and honey, accompanied by mostly herbal hoppy notes, lingering into the moderately dry and bitter finish. A solid Pilsener. 10.II.10

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head, fruity nose. Wheaty and yeasty, very slightly hoppy. Pleasantly fruity, not much banana here, the emphasis is on the wheat. A very nice traditional example of the style.

Bottle (donated by Quack-Duck!): Clear golden with a greenish sheen, quite stable bleached head; bisquity and pale-malty nose with a grassy hoppy touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; increasing hoppiness in the slightly lingering, mild, bitter-sweet finish. O.K. .....

Thanks for the bottle Quack-Duck. Grainy full aroma. Pale golden, lacing, collapsing head. Relatively lightbodied, strawlike malt, metallic hops. Mellow mouthfeel. Dusty finish. Meh.
