19-02-19 // 500ml bottle from Yok-Yok Frankfurt. From the bottle in an ICE. Sehr malziges Pils. Guter voller Körper. Mittlere Pilsbittere die durch die Malzsüße eher schwach ist. Solide.

Landsberger Stolzer Hahn, Fläschchen von der Grünen Woche. - Satt goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase recht kräftige, etwas derbe zitronenschalige Herbe, schwach muffig-ranzige Züge. - Antrunk blaß hellmalzig und kernig hopfenbitter mit Zitronenschale und etwas Spüli. Gut rezent, schlank. Im Abgang aromenleere Bittere. Leicht ranziger Nachtrunk mit Anflügen von Schwefel. - Knackig aber ziemlich ruppig (mit Elbe-Saale-Hopfen) gehopftes Pilsener, erfrischend zwar aber kein Trinkgenuß.

17/6/2018. Bottle from Evin, Helle. As Sanfter Bulle. 6.2% abv. Pours chestnut maroon brown with a small towards beige head. Aroma of malt, dark fruit, chocolate, caramel and light roasting. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Best of the four had from this brewer tonight.

17/6/2018. Bottle from Evin, Helle. As Zarte Henne. 4.5% abv. Pours dark ruby brown with an off-white to beige head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, chocolate, dark fruit and vegetable. Medium plus sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle as Zarte Henne. Dark clear ruby maroon color beige head with nice retention. Medicinal chlorinated cocoa aroma. Taste is syrupy licorice.
