Crowler (canned 1/17/26) from the brewery. Opaque, milky yellow, thin head quickly fading to a ring, no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, herb over biscuit/cracker. Taste is strong mix of herb, citrus, stone fruit and caramel, bread. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, dry finish with yeast and light bitterness. More herbal and malty than citrus. Good strength and fair complexity but don't love it.

32 oz crowler shared by tfontana. Thank you! Aroma has a very high alpha acid Contant that smells like acidic grapefruit. Gosh damn this has an acid content. Over ripe grapefruit and mild peach notes. I am leaning away from Galaxy in any IPA.

5 oz. pour add on to flight at brewery.Opaque, milky yellow, thin head, no lacing.Aroma super strong citrus & white grape!Taste white grape dominant, citrus.Smooth, thick, frothy texture, average carb, dry fin as taste.Excellent rendition using these two hops!
