11.15 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 4/2017. Pours very hazy golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, honey, wheat, bread, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, lemon/spices, and pale malt/honey notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, honey, wheat, bread, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness, yeast spiciness, and tart/tangy wheat on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, peppercorn, clove, light banana, honey, wheat, bread, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, lemon/spices, and pale malt/honey flavors; with a nice malt/spiciness balance, and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and creamy/bready mouthfeel that is awesome; minimal spice stickiness or dryness. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent witbier! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, lemon/spices, and pale malt/honey flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink, with a great mouthfeel for the style. A very enjoyable offering.

Aromas of lemon, peach, pear, apple, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, peach, pear, apple, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, biscuit, light honey, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, peach, pear, apple, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/yeast balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Minimal dryness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.5%. Overall this is a very good Belgian style pale ale. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, light nuttiness/smoke, herbal, light dark fruit, and roast/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of roast/bready malt, cocoa, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, light nuttiness/smoke, herbal, light dark fruit, and roast/toasted earthiness. Moderate herbal/spicy hop and roast bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, light nuttiness/smoke, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, cocoa, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast flavors; with a great roasted bitter/sweet balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from hop/roast bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy, and lightly sticky/chalky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very good dry stout. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, cocoa, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
