Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good complexity and balance of citrus/pine hops, moderate dark/bready malt, and fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, lemon/orange peel, pine, caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, moderate dark/bready malt, and fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6%. Overall this is a very nice English IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, moderate dark/bready malt, and fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced hop/malt flavors and bitterness. Fairly juicy feeling, and not too malty. A very enjoyable offering.

Light herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, peach, pear, apple, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/yeast balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Overall this is a very good Belgian style pale ale. Taste of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, light nuttiness/smoke, herbal, light dark fruit, and roast/toasted earthiness. Moderate herbal/spicy hop and roast bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, light nuttiness/smoke, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, cocoa, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast flavors; with a great roasted bitter/sweet balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish.
