A classical white beer, on the Belgian way but this one is well brewed, lovely notes of wheat, smooth, malty, fruity, touch of coriander, orange peel, hop, a bit creamy, classic but a good help during this f... windy and covid novela, 21.03.21

After a walk at Bern and preparing ours own pizzas, this ipa was welcomed and was for me decent and rather well balanced, malty, dry, a bit yeasty, regular bitterness, citrus, floral and aromatic hop, a bit salty and boozy at the final, buying it at the paradis du fromage, Lausanne, drinking it at Epalinges, 22.11.20

Interesting beer, a bit original, you have directly in the mouth a smocked side, not disgusting, woody, yeasty and malty after it is watery and not so aromatic but it is find and not heavy, classical hop for lager. 21.01.21, drinking it at home, Epalinges.
